Wednesday July 25 (7pm)

Michael van Gerwen (4/6) v Steve Beaton (5/4)

Head to heads reveal that van Gerwen leads 4-2,with Beaton edging their last meeting 6-5 in a Pro Tour Quarter final. The Dutchman looked in decent form against Whitlock though and if he carries on where he left off, The Adonis could be trouble.

James Wade (2/9) v Mark Walsh (7/2)

James Wade has won 5 of the last 6 games against Walsh, who didn’t look convincing in his first round defeat of Osborne. We agree with the bookies here it’s very difficult to see past a Wade win.

Raymond van Barneveld (4/9) v Terry Jenkins (15/8)

11-7 to Barney in the head to heads, although Jenkins can boast a 16-12 win on the Winter Garden’s stage back in 2009. Jenkins has also knocked van Barneveld out the Grand Slam on two occasions. One thing you can be sure of is a close game, this pairing have also notched up 3 premier league draws.

Adrian Lewis (1-7) v Andy Smith (5/1)

Lewis showed no mercy against his first round opponent Robert Thornton, and is the overwhelming favourite to beat The Pieman. The head to heads reveal a different story with Lewis just ahead 11-8. However, with the World No.1 spot in his mind, the World Champion is unlikely to let this one slip.
