The lineup for the mens last 16 proper in this years Winmau World Masters was determined on Friday night, with Stephen Bunting being the  last man through to take on the top 8 seeds. He did enough to beat Peter Johns (who earlier knocked out Tony O’Shea) three sets to nil, and sets up a heavyweight clash with Robbie ‘Kong’ Green.

Steve Douglas has the daunting task of taking on reigning Champion Martin Adams, Adams will be fired up and confident as he enters the Hull Arena on the back of a    13-12 victory over current PDC World Champion Adrian Lewis, in an exhibition match at the Circus Tavern.

All the last 16 matches take place on Saturday 3rd September with the quarter finals, semi-finals and final all to be contested on Sunday 4th.

TV coverage will be provided by ESPN, who are broadcasting the Winmau Masters for the first time this year, following the BBC’s departure.
