The almost legendary DartsMad Tipster Competition is back for the 2008 Premier League...but this time with a difference! Out go the old rules and in come the new. The Premier League is different from other tournaments with no real knockout formula, so for this competition we have devised a spreadsheet based format where you predict the outcome of the whole Premier League. There are 15 predictions to make - winner, runner up, total 180's, highest average, etc - and points are awarded for the accuracy of your predictions.
The DartsMad Tipster has already made his (or her) predictions and your aim is simply to outscore him (or her). Do that and you've beaten the tipster! This means two things - the first is a guaranteed tantrum by the Tipster himself (or herself), and the second is that you stand a chance of winning a copy of the new PDC World Championship Darts 2008 game for PC, PS2 or Nintendo Wii..!

DARTSMAD.COM TIPSTER CHALLENGE
Do you think you know your darts? Are you one for a challenge? Now
’s your chance to prove your knowledge and meet the challenge of the DartsMad Tipster.
Throughout every major darting tournament we run our competition and our tipster does not think you have what it takes to beat him. In fact he’s prepared to offer prizes for anybody who does!
The idea is simple – you predict every first round match, saying who you think will win and what the score will be. Your predictions are then carried through to round two where you predict those matches in the same way. You do this right up to the final, eventually ending up with a winner that you predict will lift the trophy.
We give you points for the accuracy of your predictions – you get 2 points for the correct score and an extra 3 points if you predict the correct winner. Get the early rounds right and you will benefit in the later rounds. Get them wrong however and you will be struggling to beat our tipster!
We run competitions for the major tournaments throughout the year so check back regularly to see when the next one is registering. It takes just a few minutes to enter...happy predicting and good luck!
