Stars from the PDC and BDO lined up to battle it out for the 45,000 euro first prize. Phil Taylor took the trophy in imperious fashion with some stunning performances and high averages putting out fellow PDC stars Colin Lloyd & Ronnie Baxter en route to the final. Martin Adams was the beaten finalist after a good weeks work, ending three dutch players hopes including Michael van Gerwen. The final wasn;t all one way but the result never looked in doubt - Taylor winning with an average over 100....again.
